The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging. This ensures we can provide you with a smooth refund process.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items – in those cases, we will of course cover all costs.

⚠️ Please do not return any items without prior return authorization – such returns cannot be processed.

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any defect, damage, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately – we’ll find a solution!

🚫 Exceptions – The following items are not eligible for return:

• Food & perishable goods
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards & sale items

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item: return the original product and place a new order separately.

📜 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You also have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods – without giving any reason. Our standard return conditions apply here as well.

💳 Refunds
